California privacy rights

Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

If you are a California resident, the CCPA gives you the rights below. You can exercise any of them free of charge, and you do not need an account to ask.

Your rights

Opt out of sale or sharing
Ask us not to sell or share your personal information, including for cross-context behavioural advertising.
Know and access
Ask what personal information we hold about you, where we got it, and who we have disclosed it to.
Correct
Ask us to fix personal information about you that is inaccurate.
Delete
Ask us to delete your personal information and close your account.
Limit use of sensitive information
Ask us to limit our use of any sensitive personal information to what is necessary to provide the game.
Non-discrimination
We will not degrade your game experience or charge you differently for exercising any of these rights.

How to make a request

To delete your account and data

Use the deletion page — it tells you exactly what is removed, what we have to keep, and how long it takes.

Go to account deletion

For every other request

Email us and say which right you are exercising. Include the email address on your account and, if you have it, your in-game player ID — we need those to verify the request is yours before we act on it.

We will acknowledge your request within 10 business days and respond within 45 calendar days, as the CCPA requires. If we need more time we will tell you why.

Authorised agents

Someone else can make a request on your behalf. We will ask for written permission signed by you, and we may still contact you directly to confirm.

For the full detail of what we collect and how we use it — including the California Notice at Collection — see our Privacy Policy.
