Careers
Come build something people play
We hire rarely, and we keep teams small. When we do hire, we are looking for people who want their work in front of players this month rather than next year.
What it is actually like
You ship
Live games, real players, weekly releases. Work that sits in a branch for a month is work nobody benefits from.
Small on purpose
Fewer handoffs. The person who designs a feature usually ships it, and owns how it performs afterwards.
Numbers, then opinions
We argue from retention and session data. Taste matters, but it does not get to overrule the players.
Genre depth
Casual social is deceptively hard. We would rather go deep on bingo and building than dabble in five genres.
Open roles
We do not have a public vacancy board wired up yet. If you want to be considered, email us — tell us what you would want to work on, and send something you have shipped.
Email usWe read everything that arrives. We reply to the ones we can act on.
